Ideal for a skiing holiday or for venturing out on the countless walks the Engadine has to offer. The flat is also located 150 meters from the start of the Marathon's cross-country run. In the immediate vicinity you will also find post office, bank, sport shop, a supermarket and many other facilities.

This is a good size apartment (no beds in common areas) which is suitable for couples, families and all people that are respectful of the privacy and tranquility of all residents. The cosy studio for two people is characterised by the integrated small fitted kitchen with hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, as well as the usual crockery and cutlery. Of course, you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings. A cosy little dining area and kingsizebed 160x200 complete the living space. The adjacent modern bathroom with ground-level shower, washbasin and Wc completes the studio.

The floor heating will make you feel cozy, 2 large Smart TV's are there to stream the latest news, or to watch Netflix on a cold, rainy day. There is a large, free parking space in front of the house and behind it.

Im Wohnzimmer sind auch zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Zimmer hat ein Kajüttenbett, aus diesem Grund sind nur fünf Betten angegeben. Die Wohnung hat aber sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist geräumig.
