"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Daheim in den Ferien. Das bekommt man im "Eggergütl", das zum Bergsteigerdorf Ramsau gehört, zu spüren. Es liegt auf 1.000 m an einem Südhang - mit herrlichem Blick auf die beeindruckenden Berge des Berchtesgadener Lands. Man hat das ganze Haus (100 qm) und den Garten für sich. So kann man es sich im Liegestuhl auf Balkon und 2 Terrassen richtig gemütlich machen. Eine Besonderheit ist das Schlafzimmer mit großem Panoramafenster.
