Recently renovated to a high standard, this apartment offers a fantastic view of Champex-Lac from the living space and also both bedrooms which are also south facing. There is also a large 16m2 balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the stunning views from outside. There is a wood burning chimney, internet and cable tv all included as well as an underground covered private parking place.

La Maison de Clémence è una costruzione in pietra e legno di larice del 1800 che si sviluppa su tre piani, dotata di un parcheggio privato. Al primo piano troviamo due appartamenti destinati agli ospiti con entrata indipendente. L'alloggio esposto a nord è composto da un piccolo ingresso e da tre stanze: un'ampia e luminosa zona giorno, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Dalla camera da letto si accede direttamente ad un terrazzino dove è possibile rilassarsi.
