Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Monolocale fronte lago a Como, composto da stanza da letto, bagno e piccolo angolo cottura. La stanza si affaccia sul parco della storica Villa Olmo. Accesso esterno al terrazzo privato con solarium e vasca idromassaggio riscaldata inclusa nel prezzo. Il centro città dista 5 munuti in auto oppure 20 minuti a piedi sul lungolago. Fermata del bus a 10 metri dall'abitazione e a 20 metri parcheggio per auto con tariffe minime. Stazione ferroviaria, Como-San Giovanni raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

Al primo piano ci sono tutti gli spazi essenziali: zona giorno ampia e luminosa, grande finestra vista lago, cucina e terrazzo; comoda stanza matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. Shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are very close to the apartment, at 10-15 minutes on foot.
