历史悠久的农舍中的开放式设计公寓

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. L'appartamento si trova all'interno del Residence Burgmann-Weilicher, nel cuore della piccola cittadina di San Candido e a pochi passi dalle piste da sci. Esso è composto da una spaziosa camera da letto (con possibilità di avere un letto matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli), soggiorno con divano letto, cucina, bagno e giardino. Durante il soggiorno è possibile usufruire di posto auto in garage, ampio giardino e zona lavanderia. Inoltre, per l'inverno è possibile utilizzare un deposito sci.

Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.
