The property overlooks a quiet courtyard and comprises a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a sofa bed, Wi-Fi access, 4K HD TV, and a fully-equipped bathroom. The flat is well served by public transport and a ten-minute bus ride from the Central Railway Station.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.

Alloggio lontano dal traffico ma comodo per spostarsi nelle città di Bologna, Ferrara, Modena e Parma. 20 minuti per raggiungere Fico Grand Tour Italia (federazione italiana contadina il grande parco alimentare unico al mondo). In 10 minuti arrivo al Centergross e Interporto, comodo per le fiere, 20 minuti di percorso. Per raggiungere Ravenna 40 minuti.
