The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

After 13 wonderful years of hosting on Airbnb, the time has come to close this incredible chapter and embrace the next. These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . Al piano superiore zona notte con bagno, al momento è separato dalla stanza con una tenda, la doccia è esterna alla casa, coperta e con acqua calda ma a 10 passi dalla porta di ingresso. All"esterno c'è una pergola tettoia con forno, barbecue e cucina. A richiesta sarà possibile allestire 2 tende sospese sugli alberi e aggiungere delle amache.
