Sulle colline del Chianti, porzione di antica casa colonica in pietra del 1800, situata a S. Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Vista magnifica sulle colline da ogni finestra! Splendida piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio, non riscaldata e aperta da Aprile a Ottobre.

Dimora tipica toscana con bellissima vista panoramica. Una volta, quando era disabitata, ci vivevano le rondini, ed oggi, in estate, è uno spettacolo vederle ogni sera ritornare al luogo d’origine e volare a filo d’acqua per bere alla piscina. Così com’è unico nelle sere di maggio lo spettacolo delle luci delle lucciole o il canto dei grilli che danno il cambio alle cicale, scandendo le ore delle piacevoli giornate d’estate; o ancora le bellissime farfalle dai colori unici in primavera.

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
