Agriturismo Le Fraine offers 4 apartments in an authentic Tuscan farmhouse and 4 elegant glamping cabins nestled in the ancient olive grove. The "Venere's Paradise" cabin disappears among the olive trees, offering breathtaking views from its veranda over the hills. Joyeux appartement aux couleurs pop des années 70, récemment rénové, près de la mer et du centre de San Vincenzo (également accessible en train). RDC, accès direct au jardin. Idéal pour télétravail. Animaux domestiques avec supplément (12 euros). Le jardin (que Decano a créé il y a de nombreuses années avec soin) est spacieux, adapté pour déjeuner et diner dans un cadre verdoyant. Fonctionnel, moderne et bien équipé, l'appartement a pour colonne sonore Donna Summer, Abba et Ricchi e Poveri.

Benvenuti nel cuore di Suvereto! La nostra casa, ristrutturata nel 2024 con amore anche da me , unisce il fascino della storia al comfort moderno in 90 mq tutti su un unico livello. Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per regalarvi un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, dove la tradizione incontra il benessere: travi in legno a vista, decori antichi riportati alla luce con pazienza da me.. e i principi del Feng Shui a guidare il design, i colori e la disposizione degli arredi e delle stanze.

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

‘Il Fienile’ is in an enchanting position immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan hills, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. It is located in the hamlet of Catignano in Gambassi Terme, just a few kilometres from San Gimignano. The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. A unique experience entirely to be enjoyed.

Located at the beginning of the pedestrian centre of Castagneto Carducci, this open-space garden apartment has amazing view toward valley and sea coast. The property is highly standard furnished and has an independent terrace for dining. Through small stairs it reaches a big stone-wall surrounded garden with brick BBQ, which is in common with another apartment of the same owner. They can be rented separately or together. Free public parking at 2' min walking from the house.

The garden is a special space, perfect for enjoying time outdoors. For those who wish, it is possible—upon request—to share moments of cooking and conviviality, such as carefully prepared dinners to be enjoyed together, even by candlelight, in an intimate and welcoming setting.
