Animaux domestiques avec supplément (12 euros). Le jardin (que Decano a créé il y a de nombreuses années avec soin) est spacieux, adapté pour déjeuner et diner dans un cadre verdoyant. Fonctionnel, moderne et bien équipé, l'appartement a pour colonne sonore Donna Summer, Abba et Ricchi e Poveri.
