Relax and retreat in this modern mid-century style 3 BR/2 BA home located in a peaceful neighborhood near tons of shopping, dining, and event center. This house has an open floor plan, high ceiling, light-up color-changing pool, and spacious rooms. Outside, take a dip in the large pebble pool, there’s also an outdoor shower to rinse off, relax on the sunny patio, or enjoy organic lemons from the lemon tree. Take a walk, go for a picnic, or play tennis at the park which is just across the street!

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

Hi Everyone! Welcome to my beautiful private guest house. There’s one master bedroom with a lovely closet and two queen memory foam beds. In the private house there’s also a very roomy living room with a reversible sofa bed. In the living room there’s a nice fireplace and a 55” inches TV with Netflix connection. There’s also a kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. You will truly enjoy living in this wonderful newly built private guest house. There’s also HS WiFi and it’s own private pathway.
