Its walking distance to down town Montecito's famous Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach is a nice walking distance away. The unit is available for 30 days stay at the time. It has a light living room a bright kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom with washer/ dryer and separate bedroom. If you have specific dates in mind lmk. In winter months we provide a portable heater.

It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.
