Stylish and centrally-located House. Our house is located few blocks from down town and Santa Barbara Beach. We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

Casita Orilla del Mar is a wonderful retreat one block from Santa Barbara's East Beach. The open-plan is spacious and very comfortable. The bungalow sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout double bed in the living room. French doors off of the Livingroom open to an inviting, completely private patio, built-in spa, outdoor shower, Tranquility fountain and outdoor dining with built-in barbeque. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with in unit washer and dryer.

Lovely 2Bedroom Downtown

Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.
