At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

Esso si trova in una zona tranquilla e residenziale nei pressi del mare di Santa Marinella. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 350 metri. Santa Marinella si trova a 60 Km da Roma, che è facile da raggiungere in treno. La stazione si trova infatti a 700 metri, e i treni più veloci portano a Roma San Pietro in 35 minuti.

La casa si trova a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia principale, da tutti i servizi e dalla stazione ferroviaria da cui raggiungerete facilmente Roma ma anche il castello di Santa Severa e Pisa. A soli 15 minuti si trova Civitavecchia, con le sue famose Terme della Ficoncella e importante per chi si sposta in nave data la presenza del porto.
