The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Sintra River House, a restored watermill with capacity up to 3 persons, features 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed (Wi-Fi, AC, TV), 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

Cada alojamento dispõe de um espaço exclusivo para banhos de sol. A piscina é partilhada entre ambos, encontrando-se fechada entre novembro e meados de março.

The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park. It has a garden with plenty of space to rest or to have an enjoyable dinner “al fresco”. In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.
