Il mio alloggio è a 5 metri dalla spiaggia , il cancello del giardino si apre direttamente sul mare.Nel giardino c'è una spiaggetta con sdraio e ombrelloni,barbecue,doccia, splendide viste panoramiche.Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie,chi viaggia per lavoro,famiglie(con bambini),grandi gruppi e animali domestici. E' super accessoriata,tutti i comfort,lavastoviglie,microonde,forno elettrico.COD IUN P3154. Per il Decreto Sicurezza ogni ospite deve presentare un documento d'identità all'arrivo.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
