The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Unten befinden sich der Wohn-/Koch-/Essbereich mit Schlafcouch und Terrasse, oben das Panorama-Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Regendusche. Genieße die Gemütlichkeit und die Wärme des Fichtenholzes. Entdecke die wunderschöne Natur, die uns hier im Nationalpark Berchtesgaden umgibt.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt zwischen Salzburg und Berchtesgaden. Du wirst unsere Unterkunft lieben wegen der absoluten Ruhe am Ende einer Sackgasse. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, aber auch für kulturelle Veranstaltungen in Salzburg liegt Marktschellenberg optimal. Und der Garten und die Sauna (gegen Gebühr von 40 Euro) haben hohen Entspannungswert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ortsteil Jadorf mit Sicht auf den Hohen Göll. Das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind in Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt.
