La piccola casa del rosmarino

Small, typically Piemontese terraced house in a historical village at the foot of the castle of Cerrione in the province of Biella. Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of a moraine and a greenhouse situated on it. Private entrance and a reserved parking space. Ideal place for outdoor sports and to visit the sites of scenic, historical, and cultural interest of Biella and Canavese. 15 minutes from Lake Viverone, 20 km from Ivrea, 14 km from Biella and 17 km from Santhià.

Villa in Park with Spectacular Lake View

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - la Torre - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Villetta immersa nella tranquillità e nella natura, inserita in ampio parco di antica villa affacciata sulla Val d’Ossola. L'alloggio è costituito da un ampio ed accogliente monolocale indipendente, open space di circa 30 mq appena ristrutturato, con vista sul giardino. Si trova nel piccolo borgo di Creggio, ai piedi dell’omonima torre medievale e del comune di Trontano, in posizione strategica, vicina all’imbocco della Valle Vigezzo e a soli 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Domodossola.

Sauna & Relax

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Chalet "Il fienile della nonna"

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

Questa abitazione offre una vista impareggiabile sul lago e sulle montagne, regalando ogni giorno scenari mozzafiato. Situata in una zona verde e tranquilla, baciata dal sole e immersa nella natura, rappresenta un'oasi di serenità a pochi passi dai servizi. In soli 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico del villaggio, con tutte le sue bellezze e comodità. L'accesso in auto è agevole, garantendo comodità e privacy in un contesto unico e privilegiato.

Casa di sasso nel verde

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.

Flowers & veggies near Milan &Turin

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
