Full kitchen with two burner induction cooktop, full size refrigerator, sink, king size bed. Access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ and outdoor fireplace and pizza oven. 5 Bikes available with helmets, locks and backpacks - an abundance of biking and hiking trails within a short distance. Private acreage - citrus on property (lemons/grapefruit/tangelos). Desert landscaping with an abundance of rabbits, quail, doves, and lovebirds. Limited street lighting provides amazing star gazing! Open and covered parking. Magazines (AZ Highways) and books on Arizona points of interest, hiking, fishing, skiing, climbing, etc. Laundry facilities on site. Smoking is allowed outdoors away from the buildings. Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic and Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber and Lyft are excellent! Shared access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and outdoor pizza oven. Take advantage of bicycle trails with 5 bikes provided. Help yourself to citrus, herb garden and veggies! Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in a backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. However, mutual respect of privacy is appreciated - thanks! Climb on the 5 bikes provided to explore the many nearby trails. Visit iconic entertainment and sports venues close by, from spring training to car shows. Take a short drive to movie theaters and casinos, plus world-class shopping destinations. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber and Lyft are excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use.
