The house was exactly what we were looking for, so close to the water and there are a number of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Mary was great to work with.

A lovely, cozy cottage in the heart of Harwichport. Beach is 2 minutes away. Host provided everything you need for the beach and more. House was immaculate when I arrived. All linens provided. Lovely and relaxing yard to come back to after a day at the beach. Mary Ann is wonderful as a host!! Would rent again and recommend highly!

This was our 5th trip to Mary Ann's Harwich Port home with our 6 year old daughter. Every single time has been fantastic, and feel so lucky for Mary Ann's hospitality, and we have created beautiful memories. We hope to return again next year!

A magical cottage in a magical neighborhood - we will definitely be coming back! I classic Cape Cod home with luscious gardens and outdoor space. Highly recommend. Mary Ann was responsive, kind and made things very easy for us. All we had to do was show up and enjoy (including the extensive and eclectic book collection!)

Mary Ann’s place is just what you’d expect and hope a Cape Cod cottage to be. A homey, old fashioned feel with modern amenities in the well-stocked kitchen. A lovely garden full of hydrangeas and a classic outdoor shower. A short walk to the beach. Cozy, comfortable beds in rooms with plenty of windows (as well as plenty of fans for when it’s a hot night). My favorite spot was the sunroom: with a day bed and wide windows in all sides, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a good book as the sea breezes flow through the space. And the wonderful collection of books!!!!
