We booked the partial sea view loft. It was amazing! The room was simple yet clean and well planned. We wanted something simple ( not curated all inclusive stuff). We were in Maldives at one such place a week before this. Bathroom was clean and sufficient. There is even hot water. which was not necessary most days/ nights. The view ( although partial) was amazing from the balcony. We slept with the both doors open to the balcony. The sound of waves is amazing and helps cool down the room. The beach is clean and water is warm. The beer, cocktails and food was amazing.we didn’t plan to but ate in house almost every meal. The staff especially Hrithik is fantastic- felt like he ran the place. Was helpful to call when I need a rental bike, gave recommendations for places to visit and everything you need at a place like this. Just fantastic… we like it so much that we want to retire there! Owners responsiveness to message was delayed. That could have been better.

Fantastic place! I will definitely be coming back next year. I stayed at a few places in South Goa and I just felt so at home here. The staff are fab and helpful, smiley and warming.

A great no-frills place. Out of the way location meant it was quieter, but still walking distance to everything you need. Friendly and accommodating staff in the restaurant that also served great food. Beach bbq night is fun and romantic. The hut was basic, but we spent all of our time on the beach loungers or in the restaurant or on the balcony. Great view of the sunset!

The location of Duck'n'Chill is absolutely perfect! It is towards the north end of the beach, which is quiet, and the water is calmer - both very important if you are coming for relaxation or with children. We felt very safe and comfortable letting our kids run on the beach out front and swim on their own. The staff is the most friendly we encountered in our 3 week trip around India. Always with a smile, always willing to help and please. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, with daily selection of amazingly fresh fish coming in from local fishermen. The beach front cottages are rustic, but very clean. The bathroom is very basic, but this is to be expected given that this is not permanent construction. Keep in mind that no toiletries are provided and carry what you need. Agonda beach in general attracts mostly low key European/western tourists, which makes for a very different atmosphere than North Goa. There are no gawkers on the beach, and no noisy parties into the night. I would go back in a heartbeat if visiting Goa in the future!
