The stay is romantic for couples, calming for people looking for peace, and ideal for a luxury stay. People should keep couple of things in mind - it gets really dark outside at night so you might want to consider making plans for the day part starting from early morning. There are some insects that are natural to the surroundings - beware of them. The checkout time for the villas is 11a.m and they would emphasize to checkout exactly at that time. The staff is cooperative for stuff like arranging lunch and dinner, booking taxis and renting scooty. Don't expect the villas jacuzzi to work. The hot water kettle is our villa was faulty and didn't work. It made a simple thing like boiling water time - consuming and unpleasant. The villa is luxurious and have been made keeping some little important things in mind. There is ample space for keeping your luggage inside. The mirror and study table are best suited to get your work done. The wine glasses and tea mugs are kept clean in the cupboard to avoid contact with the insects. It was a pleasant overall stay.

The Agonda Villas is located right in front of the beach and exactly where you would like to spend some peaceful time. The beach is not crowded at all and you can enjoy a good swim in the sea and then come and relax in the villa. The place is beautiful and would have loved to give it 5 stars but I felt there was a small fault in the description. The bed even though is written as Queen, is 2 Twin mattresses joined to make it Queen. This created a gap in between and was uncomfortable to sleep on. On request, the staff filled up the space but still, you feel the gap between the 2 twin mattresses and not ideal for couples. We felt to make this note as after paying a huge amount for stay and enjoying the good time on the beach we would have loved if it was one single queen mattress to relax on. We were offered to move into a different cottage but the issue was the same in every cottage. Otherwise, the service is great, a view to die for, and a beach to have some peaceful time on.

Our stay at Agonda Villas was nothing short of a memorable experience. Located right at the Agonda beach, the luxury villas with its rustic charm, jacuzzi and open air bathroom was perfect for a beach cottage stay. The stunning views and the constant hum of sea waves were absolutely delightful. The breakfast was delicious with choice of paranthas and English bf with coffee & fresh juice. Though, the property does not have a private parking, but we didn't face any issue parking at the cafe on the other side of the street. The cherry on the cake was the warm hospitality of the staff. Rupesh, Ram Kumar and team went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The only minor negatives were lack of hair dryer /iron in the room which was very much needed especially if guests after a swim in the sea, want to dry their clothes or hair. Second, we arrived late evening with heavy downpour, but there were no lights at the alleyway from the main street to our cottage, so I was a bit scared to step on some creepy-crawling creature. But all in all, I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone who want to experience a romantic getaway with a Goan vibe......
