One of the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen. Cleaning started after I reached the resort (reached 1 hour after check in time). Main door's original lock was broken so there is a gap in the main door which faces the main entry stairway. The dining table's legs were broken. There is no place to keep the electric kettle if you want to use it (which is the only amenity provided at this price). Water in the shower was extremely dirty. There were hair everywhere on the floor. There were holes in the walls (filled with lizards). Dirty curtains with broken rods. Yellow stains everywhere on the walls. The fans in the room were in a condition I can't describe. I will post pictures on G00gle maps. The resort doesn't get any mobile network which should have been mentioned in the listing. The food was okay. The Wifi had good speed & range. AC was good. The sitting area (garden) is the only nice part of the room with a wonderful view. The beach is rocky. The room is not at all worth the price.

Beautiful location with private beach. Very friendly and helpful staff specially Gangesh, Ratna and Preetiya. Little upgrade to the room will make this place even better.
