Binesh was responsive and helpful! The location is prime. The highlight is the incredible food and service in the restaurant, highly recommend! Thanks so much to Dinesh and restaurant staff we had a wonderful time.

The property is actually a part of a resort known as Simrose Beach Resort. The location is very nice. However rooms were at the top which made inconvenience for old peoples. I stayed with my family and it was very difficult for my mother due to the stairs. Overall everything was just awesome staying at the property.

The place is actually part of a resort and not an independent house as it is described. The place is well appointed and well located. It has direct access to the beach. Mall road just outside the property. Lots of food options on the mall road as well as in town. The resort is clean, well maintained and the resort staff is very helpful. Binesh is inaccessible and we could never get through to him. He just redirected the call to the resort reception and they were very helpful. If you are booking, please get the exact address including the resort name, else you will struggle finding the place. Binesh is just a booking agent for the resort and not a host at all. Hence please be aware of this fact. The resort is very nice and worth staying.

Amazing place to stay, perfect location, right on the beach. The staff were super helpful and nice. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is provided. I would highly recommend this place.
