First of all let me start off by saying we were really sad to leave this condo. The location is perfect close to the TTC, right in the hustle and bustle of downtown without being right in downtown. The area itself is very nice, the neighbourhood is safe which makes you feel more at ease walking late at night. There’s a convenient store right downstairs and a lot of supermarkets within close proximity of the condo. Overall our stay was amazing, the host is very responsive, the concierge in the building are amazing. We really felt at home the 10month we ended up staying here. Thank you. Taylor and Bradley :)

This was not a pleasant experience. WaterfrontExecSuites is very cold in communication and many times is not helpful because things are "not in the contract". Furthermore, I will describe some drawbacks that I had so next tenants are aware: - Furniture is not in accordance with the pictures. In my case, there was no rug, no chairs/table on the balcony, and another chair was missing. (when I complained about the chair, they asked me to buy it to only then reimburse me. I don't expect this for an Airbnb) - Be aware that will be an extra cost of 130-140 dollars per month for cleaning. It is on the "contract", but unfortunately, I didn't pay attention. - When the province was in stay-at-home order and cleaning services could not be hired, they requested pictures from the place as proof it was clean - which I thought quite inelegant

I was here for almost a couple months and it was a good experience. I loved the area since it’s right near the waterfront with grocery shops around, local transit options, restaurants and bike/running trail. There was no interference from the the host as long as you abide by the house rules. The only issue was that it’s right next to a freeway so if you keep the windows open then there’s constant noise from the ongoing vehicles. But overall I liked the place and would suggest it to anyone who would want to be in the downtown area.
