Our stay at the penthouse was such a lovely transition to California! We moved from Florida and the house had everything we needed and more to feel at home for 30 days, it was incredible. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and to those views was just amazing. All of the reviews talked about how stocked the kitchen was but it far exceeded our expectations. If you want to bake you have everything you need to bake, if you want a roasting pan for a ham it’s got it (even meat thermometers..we were there over Christmas), every single kind of pan or utensil- it has it, it was so nice to not have to worry about anything and be able to cook dinner with our family and newborn. Courtney and Sandy are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, they are so welcoming, friendly and more than happy to help with anything! They made us feel right at home and comfortable immediately, we will miss them!

Where to start in describing the very best AirBnB experience that we have ever had? We came expecting a property more or less as described as a place for us to stay for a month after we had recently sold our house. What we found was a spectacular home for our family, exceeding all expectations on every dimension, which we enjoyed both entertaining at and living like we were on a luxury vacation! While the views of the San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge were every bit as nice as the photos in the listing, the ability to enjoy those views from several rooms and an expansive deck were beyond imagination. The rooms had all been arranged with those views in mind, with small touches such as mirrors and sitting areas to maximize the enjoyment. The unit itself was superbly decorated - luxurious and tasteful, yet completely comfortable to be in. Linens, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glassware were first rate upscale home items - not those seen in a rental unit. The upscale bathroom had a large tub and shower, with abundant towels and soaps/shampoo. Candles and a view of San Francisco from the bathtub capped the experience! As someone who likes to cook, the dual door spice cupboard completely trumped the small bag of items I had brought with me! Plus a separate deck with a gas BBQ provided even more culinary options! Situated perhaps a couple of hundred yards from the bay, water could be heard lapping up on shore in the morning and evening as we sat on the deck. Downtown Tiburon was a short and pleasant walk away. We had no problems parking two cars on the street in front of the property. The house is situated among landscaped gardens, with winding stone paths and verdant trees mixed in with flowering shrubs and plants. As such, the views from all directions were wonderful! Sandy and Courtney were superb, charming and caring hosts - meeting and orienting us on our arrival, inviting us to share several glasses of wine with them one evening, and always being as available as necessary for questions or to provide any extra items we might need (not that anything was lacking....). The AirBnB designation of "SuperHost" fails to do Courtney and Sandy justice...............they were truly exceptional hosts and wonderful people to get to know. Needless to say..................we are scouring our forward calendars trying to find appropriate times to return! A truly incomparable experience is to be had by those lucky enough to stay at Courtney and Sandy's property!

Courtney and Sandy are great hosts, our family were greeted by Courtney the day we arrived. and to our surprise, the view of the house is so impressive that make us just don't want to leave the house at all! besides the view, the interior layout is carefully designed and every space is very comfortable to use. the bedrooms are very comfortable and quite at night. you can hear tides when going to sleep. high recommended!

Delightful and informative welcome, every bit as beautiful as the description. Comfortable in the extreme. I was here for a week of work and felt bad not having more time to enjoy the property.
