This studio is just beautiful, so well appointed and comfortable. We were able to pop right in and start cooking on the convection burner. The space was enough for me, my son and our two dogs. The back yard was peaceful, safe for our dogs to roam around. We were greeted by the adorable family dog, Jimmy. And then the family welcomed us. All so friendly and hospitable. It felt like we were staying with family. Karina is just lovely and so communicative and accommodating, kind enough to show us where to access the trail. It’s so close to the house, so we enjoyed both evening and morning walks with our dogs. I most definitely see us staying here again and can’t say enough about the space and the hosts.

Immaculate place to stay and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had at an AirBnB. My dog was super happy and comfortable and very much enjoyed the common area/grassy backyard. The pet fee was super reasonable and the interior itself had many nice /upgraded touches. Very close to an amazing walking/biking/running trail with lots of wildlife and creek/river. Wonderful views of snowcapped mountains off in the distance. The neighborhood felt very safe.

Had a wonderful stay at Matt and Karina's River retreat. We were in town to visit family and the accommodations they provided offered an easy solution to be able to leave for the day and return back to have a well appointed space for a welcomed and peaceful good nights rest! Thank you both for making it so simple and we hope to return again soon!

Karina was so kind and made my kiddo and I feel right at home. The place was spotless and had the most comfortable bed. Also loved the tub. We definitely recommend this place and would go back again.
