This old Victorian home was exactly as expected. We enjoyed our stay - the location is ideal. Very walk-able and runner-friendly to downtown!

Sandy’s place was even better than we anticipated. Great location, everything you might need and super comfy furniture and beds. The photos don’t do the place justice. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic and most enjoyable stay! We came to visit family and friends. If this is your first time to Franklin, staying in this home is the perfect way to experience the authenticity and warmth of the area’s culture! Money undoubtedly well spent!! Sandy’s communication and hospitality are simply outstanding!! We had a couple of questions, and she was in touch immediately and extremely kind and flexible. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained inside and out! One could not ask for a better location! Sheetz just up the road, church right across the street, and other great local iconic restaurants just down the road. We will definitely return to this house on future visits to the area!
