To be greeted by freshly baked bread and scones is a delight, what a welcome! The cottage is set in a beautiful location, so peaceful (until you have your own 9 year old mooing back at the cows any way) - this was the perfect base for exploring North Devon and Cornwall. We had dinner out at The Farmers Arms and The Bush Inn, both were lovely and dog friendly which is a must for us. The hot tub was spotless (everything was really) it was lovely sitting out in the hot tub even in the fog and rain! The walking maps were a nice touch. We hope to return soon :)

Thank you! Such a wonderful cottage in the beautiful Cornwall countryside. The location was perfect, close to the beach and wonderful walks. We had a super time exploring the local area and the seaside town Bude. Thank you again. We will be back again x

A relaxing cottage in beautiful countryside. All the amenities you need are catered for at Helen’s cottage. If you forget something don’t worry it will be here! A wonderful welcome with homemade goodies and thoughtful treats. Even had treats for our dog too. The hot tub was lovely and warm and we made the most of relaxing in it watching the sun set and listening to the birds and sheep. There are many walks from the cottage and Helen has provided details of these in a handy folder. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and if we travel this way again will choose to stay here x

Bramble Cottage was perfect for our recent visit to Cornwall in March with our 2 dogs. The homemade scones and bread on arrival were a lovely personal touch from Helen. The cottage was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The guest info folder had some great walking suggestions and some really useful instructions to help us keep on the right paths…very much appreciated when phone signals can be limited in places. There are so many lovely beaches within a short drive, and the tide times provided by Helen meant we could enjoy them at their best. A real find in a great part of the country…we would definitely recommend and are sure we’ll go back again in the, hopefully no too distant, future!
