We paid a decent amount for this listing. Our hope was to use the tennis court. We arrived on Friday 12/29 afternoon and was told that the tennis racket checkout facility was closed for the day and then would not open until 1/2/2024. Well, that simply means the store was closed for the three nights we were booked for. I left numerous voice mails for the store (the front desk said that voice mail is the best option) but no one returned the call. It seems very strange that during peak holiday season, the access to sports equipment was so blocked. Perhaps, there is a way to improve this by providing a self checkout facility or having the equipment stocked at the reception desk. We stayed at another resort right after and had no issues checking out tennis rackets on Jan 1. We definitely felt that we did not get the value for our money. Other than the tennis racket unavailability issue, it was a pleasant stay. The facility was great.

Pros: spacious, pretty surroundings. Cons:Upon arrival the resort front desk was closed and we had to wait for security to temporarily check us in with the requirement to re-vist the front desk first thing in the morning at risk of getting a parking ticket. While the condo itself was spacious it did not match the photos. The floor tiles in the kitchen were cracked with large pieces of missing grout which found themselves underfoot. The resort had a sign up apologising for the disrepair but our host did not make us aware before. Additionally the bathrooms had mold/mildew around the sinks and if you have a mold allergy this can be quite detrimental. The pull-out sofa in the living room was terribly stained and did not come with the correctly sized sheets. When I communicated with the host, we were directed to speak with the front desk. Sadly, not the usual personal AirBnB contact with hosts.
