This was my second time to stay at Belen’s rental and the experience was not diminished one bit. Belen is an amazing host, and Miss Nikay complements that to a T. This is now my go-to rental in CDO.

My stay at Belen’s place was completely unexpected as I was previously booked in another Airbnb. That booking was extremely unfortunate. I canceled that, and was lucky enough to find this Airbnb that was completely the opposite. Belen was very responsive. Her place was spotless, and was exactly as advertised. The WiFi was fast, which allowed me to work without interruption. I felt right at home. Easily a 5-star experience for me.

One of the nicest unit i've been into. The host gives out clear instructions and her staff are very responsive. I had a great stay. I highly recommend it.

When I got to the condo, she moved me into her different unit which is NOTHING like the picture that was put up in airbnb after it was promised to me that the unit was “newer”. no amenities at all, no soap or body wash I had to buy my own, which should be a basic need?? the outlets are loose and I wasn’t able to charge my devices, the bathroom was greasy and unclean. Ive stayed with a lot of airbnbs’ as I frequently travel the world and use airbnb, I never had to complain or left anything untidy. But I can attest to what I paid for, the money was not worth it as it was not a comfortable stay. There was no rag, or extra blanket if needed. Additionally I got blamed for “a stain left on the unit” and was asked to compensate for a stain I didn’t do which turned to be someone else’s stain from the host’s different unit. It’s extremely disappointing, I have never been left with a bad feedback from airbnb hosts and vice versa and this was just plain disappointing.

Thank you host for sharing your beautiful place, it feels homy like I’m still in New York. I like the place design & wall decors was very nice, I had a cozy & comfy stay.Only the downside is a little noisy bec. of the live band, well hey what do you expect its in the middle of the city so its totally understandable. Host Belen was responsive. Everything was good. Totally satisfied. Thank you host.
