The home and location are a gem! However maintenance issues kept arising and the pool is much smaller than expected from the photos. It is tiny. From arriving the sliding glass door was open and we had an issue opening our keypad. The code didn’t work but we were able to access and get a code right away. Then the dishwasher wouldn’t start, it’s going out. The WiFi isn’t working, so Mediacom was sent out and I was told to stay at the unit between 9-1. I had asked property management to handle it after our stay. The dryer is going out probably a heating element. The cookware wobbles on the glass top when cooking and the flat pans burn everything. New cookware is desperately needed. Also the master bathroom toilet seat is visibly broken and about to break off. We made it and love the home but it needs to be maintained better and supplies stocked better for 7 days.

It is 72 steps to the beach! The patio is a dream! And Indian Pass is our favorite beach. It’s quiet and the wildlife is exceptional. The house could use some minor updates, but nothing that got in the way a fabulous family vacation.
