Upon arrival I was greeted at the door by the dog "Squirtle". He couldn't have been more friendly of a dog. My room was clean and perfect size for one or two persons. I had a basket for laundry which was extremely handy since I was staying for a week. The kitchen was good size, with a suitable size fridge to store my food alongside the other guests if there are more than the co-host. Unfortunately, the ice and water dispenser didn't seem to work the best. Furthermore, there were dirty dishes left on the stove and in the sink causing a slight unpleasant smell/sight. When doing dishes the sponges provided were old and smelled of greasy food. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Air BnB in the Melbourne area. Just be warned to make plans for the entirety of the day because there are no areas in the house to relax or unwind besides your own room.

Thank you so much for allowing us into your space! It is a wonderful location close to beaches and the airport. The place was very nice and clean. The host is very friendly! The recommendations for places to go see and eat were wonderful . It was a really nice location and room. Thank you for the AC option :) Easy to get in and out of the place and it felt very safe and comfortable. Well behaved and adorable pets. Highly recommended!!!

This place is an awesome stay! I stayed here while I was looking for more permanent housing. The room is just as described and is super nice. Kristen is amazing! She is such a wonderful human and helped me with anything I needed. They were always very responsive when I reached out. I would HIGHLY recommend if all you need is a room to stay in. The bathroom and kitchen were always kept nice and clean too.
