We were a little worried about the proximity to the hospital but noise was a nonissue. Scott was extremely responsive and gave good restaurant recommendations. The house was spotless, nicely decorated and well stocked. Downtown Lewes, with shops and restaurants, was a very short walk. We loved the easy access to the biking trails from Lewes to Rehoboth through the marsh and Cape Henlopen State park. We parked the car and did not use it all weekend! We will definitely be back! Coming to Scott's place is like coming home. Coming home to Lewes, a small town that we love. Coming home to location--walkable to the town, to the canal, to neighborhood. Coming home to sitting on the porch and waving at passers-by. Coming home to a home that has the amenities that so enhance our visit. Thank you, Scott!

This was our second annual stay here. Scott is a tremendous host with a house that offers everything you could be looking for. The kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need. The house is contemporary with 3 excellent comfortable bedrooms. It is perfectly situated in Historic Lewes with dozens of incredible restaurants and shops. We will be coming here again and again. Thanks Scott!!
