Todo fantástico en el apartamento. La atención y amabilidad de Joao fueron impecables. Al llegar nos estaba esperando en la puerta y nos dio muchas recomendaciones locales.

Joao’s place is a great value for money, in a perfect location, easy to find a parking spot nearby, the garden feels so private, the marina is right a few streets below, many places to eat around, the beach is fantastic and the view to Ilheu is unbeatable. As a host, Joao has exceeded all our expectations, meeting us at check-in, welcoming us with some local food and his mother’s delicious home-made jam. He was always very responsive, provided a lot of information on where to eat, what to see and what to do, and we were glad to use his advice. Communication was very easy and prompt. Highly recommend Joao, his perfect private apartment with a garden and, of course, the island!!!

Joao was extremely friendly and understanding. Even though our flight was 3h late, which resulted in us arriving at 1h (in the morning) at Joao's place instead of the planned 22h, he was there to receive us after the tiring trip! The house was just what we needed. Plus, he gave us some recommendations, free parking map, and local food stuffs (cheese, milk, bread, jam).

Loved staying at Joao's. Full equipped apartment with all you need (and with a lovely garden)! Everything was very clean and Joao welcomed us as family. Thanks again for all the tips and welcoming. Best way to start the journey on the island :)
