Our stay at Diana's home was for three nights over the weekend of the Sea Hear Now Festival in Asbury Park. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and boardwalk lined with cafes, coffeeshops, stores, and resorts that are just a few blocks away. The home was comfortable, quiet, and clean. There is no ensuite master, but it wasn't a problem. Having two full baths (one upstairs and one down) was perfect for my family of three and another couple. We used the three queen bedrooms, but didn't need the fourth one with two single beds. The price was right so there was no loss. Hotels closer to the festival venue were about twice as much that weekend. All we were asked to do was take out the trash and recycling and turn on the dishwasher when we left. Linens and towels were left to be handled by the cleaning staff, so it was a quick and easy departure. The driveway fit one full-sized vehicle, but there was plenty of free street parking in front of the house for our other one. Thank you, Diana!

Diana's home in Long Branch, NJ was a wonderful place to spend a beach vacation with my four adult children and their significant others (eight of us in total). The house is very spacious with a really nice, open layout. Seven Presidents' Beach is a 5-minute walk and the boardwalk promenade and other beaches just a 10 minute walk. A parking pass for Seven Presidents' is provided, in case you want to drive, and also four beach passes (2 regular adult, 2 senior). The fire pit in the back yard is great, as are the fruit trees -- we enjoyed fresh peaches from the tree during our stay. We also enjoyed playing tennis on the well-maintained public courts about 15 minutes' walking distance from the house. This was a great vacation spot and Diana is a responsive, helpful host. I highly recommend this listing!

The perfect stay for a family or a group! Truly the perfect accommodations that was immaculate and pristine and better than the photos even showed. The place was incredibly spacious with large rooms, a great outdoor space, and felt homey and comfortable. It's perfect if you have small kids with the ample space, some toys and books and pack and play. Best part is the location - super close and easily a 8 min walk to the beach, along with some great casual dining options nearby. Diana was extremely responsive, accommodating, and when I first had an issue with booking (first booked on the wrong CC), she was more than happy and flexible to assist. Really appreciate her just wanting to help me out and make sure everything was resolved. Looking forward to returning to her beautiful home next summer. It was the perfect little oasis for our family.

This Air B and B is perfect for a larger family (four roomy bedrooms and two bathrooms). There is loads of space inside the house and out, driveway parking, plenty of street parking, fully stocked kitchen, gas fire pit, a couple blocks from the ocean… I can go on and on. It’s definitely worth the price! Diana communicates superbly. I’m grateful to have stayed here for my Father’s Day weekend!
