Daffodil is a sweet cottage on a small, quiet street. It's very cosy and was well equipped with everything we needed. We were lucky enough to enjoy sitting outside in the garden with a G&T to plan our days! Lostwithiel is well positioned to visit many attractions. The Eden Project, Lizard, St Michaels Mount and St Ives are all a short trip away. Unfortunately parking is a bit of an issue. If you have an SUV or large car, you might have problems. The street is very narrow and usually all parking is taken by residents. The alternative offered at the bottom of the street felt a bit risky so we were pleased to find a park each afternoon on the adjoing street - narrow but possible. All in all a very pleasant stay, thank you.

We used the cottage as a pit stop for visiting friends and getting some beach time in with a toddler and a teenager! Comfy beds, hot shower and a kitchen for making lunches. Perfect for what we needed. Thank you!

Satisfied with our stay here for a few days. Myriam gave clear instructions and the cottage is nice. Globe pub down the road a little serves great food and has a nice atmosphere. Parking is easy enough in the car park down the road.

It's a lovely little cottage in a lovely town. It was an attractive cottage, very well equipped and the beds were very comfy. We were left some lovely goodies as well. We wished there had been more instructions, for example about the heating as it was quite chilly when we got there and we needed to heat during our stay. Some instructions about the microwave would have been helpful too (an instruction manual was left, but a couple of helpful sentances would have been great) The nearby pub was very loud on Saturday night (live band) so I was glad I had brought my earplugs! parking was quite tricky as the road is extrenely narrow, but we realised it was far better to back into the road than go the normal way. overall we had a lovely stay in a cute cottage

Beautiful cottage in an ideal spot. Perfect for visiting Eden and the nearby coast. Everything was spot on and some nice welcome gifts were appreciated. Thanks Myriam.
