I stayed at this airbnb for a few months and have zero complaints. Finding a gem like this in New York is very rare. If you're looking for a quiet, safe, and spacious place to stay, this is your spot. The location is very walkable and street parking is easy. Juan was a great host. Quick to respond, check-in, and help out if I ever needed anything. I will definitely be recommending this spot to any of my friends visiting in the future.

I had an amazing experience staying at Juan's Airbnb! From the beginning, Juan, was very friendly and communicative, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The apartment's location is superb, just a block away from the subway, allowing for a quick 15-minute ride to Manhattan's Central Park South or a 30-minute trip to midtown. The apartment itself is perfect for an extended stay. It's spacious, bright, and comfortable, situated in a prime location—close to vibrant bars and restaurants yet tucked away on a quiet residential street. Supermarkets and laundromats are within walking distance. The kitchen is stocked with everything one might need for cooking – pots, pans, baking utensils, and even a variety of spices, olive oil, and vegetable oil. Also towels, bedding, and cleaning materials, are provided. Despite the centralized heating, I encountered no issues. I look forward to returning to NYC and, staying there again. Highly recommended for a memorable and convenient stay!

Highly recommended for a cozy stay in NY. It’s in a quiet, safe neighbourhood very well connected with Manhattan. The apartment is well designed and equipped even for longer stays. Juan is a very friendly, caring host always ready to help. Thumbs up!

This is a great apartment in Astoria, just 3 minutes away from the R and M lines, perfect for exploring Manhattan and Queens. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with beautiful green streets and within walking distance from a supermarket with a huge selection. The apartment itself is well suited for long term stays (we stayed for a month) and has everything you could need for that: two sets of keys, towels, bedsheets, kitchen utensils, spices, cooking oil etc. Both the living room and the bedroom are air-conditioned, so we almost didn't notice a heat wave in New York during our stay. There is a lot of room to store clothing in the bedroom, so we could feel right at home. There is also a work-from-home setup available. Juan was a welcoming and responsive host and reacted quickly to our requests. He also gave us some restaurant recommendations in the local area and in New York in general. Overall, the experience was very positive and we'd definitely stay with Juan again.

The unit is in a great location with many amenities and the train is very close. The train is a quick 15 min ride to Manhattan. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I felt very safe in the unit and the neighborhood. Juan has great communication skills and was very understanding when I sent him the incorrect day of departure by accident. I would stay at the unit again.
