The place was great, it was clean and cosy and was exactly as described both in writing and the photos. Easy walking distance to the High Street and to various walks. Also a short enough drive to Carlisle, and not too far to Edinburgh, Newcastle or the Lakes for a day trip. Parking is off road and safe. Fantastic communication from the owner, and the nice little touches made the difference.
