Bellissima villa in mezzo alla natura, arredata con gusto e molta attenzione, i proprietari gentilissimi e accoglienti ti fanno sentire come a casa tua, cibo delizioso! Abbiamo ammirato la luce del tramonto direttamente dalla piscina naturale in mezzo alla giungla, esperienza unica! Consigliatissimo per visitare la zona, soprattutto se si vuole soggiornare in un posto autentico e rilassante fuori dalla movimentata (e molto turistica) Ella!

Selten sowas erlebt. Michael und seine wunderbare Ehefrau, haben sich ein kleines Paradies gestaltet, welches sie auf die tollste Art und Weise teilen. Unfassbar schön gemacht. Alles wahnsinnig liebevoll gestaltet und extrem gemütlich. Die Zimmer wie auch die Außenanlagen sind top! Die Krönung war das unfassbar gute Essen. Lustig dass man die besten Ravioli außerhalb von Italien in einem kleinen grünen Örtchen mitten in Sri Lanka bekommt. Wir finden es schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, nächstes mal auf jeden Fall länger! Wir kommen wieder!

The house, the garden and the pool were spectacular but the warmth and friendliness of all the people present was very special! It was a very inspiring time with Ruwanthi and Michael and we had also wonderful and deep conversations. They also gave us great, authentic tips for excursions in the area and were super helpful with organising a tuk tuk. I was also very interested in Sri Lankan cuisine and so I was allowed to look over Ruwanthi's mother, Auntis, shoulder while she was cooking. The next morning I was able to make my first coconut sambol for breakfast So if you are a nature-loving person with a focus on inspiring interpersonal encounters, you have to visit them. We recommend at least 3 nights, as there is so much to experience! It didn't feel like an accommodation but more like visiting friends - that was very special. Thank you again for the wonderful time with you - it will stay in my mind and heart forever! Hope to see you both one time again! ❤️ XOXO, Franzi and Marie

This is as close as we got to paradise in Sri Lanka: -Estate and villa are overwhelmingly beautiful, featuring a natural water swimming pool, organically farmed fruit and vegetable garden and stunning views of the area between Haputale and Udawalawe. Very modern and superclean -Ruwanthi and Micheal are some of the best and most natural hosts we ever had the pleasure to meet. Discussing with them for hours made us understand Sri Lanka and it's people so much better. The staff is warm-hearted and helpful and there is a whole zoo of animals (dogs, chicken, ducks, a cow, monkeys) on the estate that we became friends with -The best food in Sri Lanka sourced directly from the garden including a variety of home baked bread, freshly picked fruit and a multitude of local curries and salads cooked by Ruwanthi's mom (joining her while cooking is a must do). Cooked to the highest European standards Recommend to stay +4 days to explore the estate and surrounding region
