Robb and I are both semi-retired, and we built this project and moved in 12 years ago. It's important to us that in-floor radiant heat is supplemented by passive solar and that our, "footprint" is as small as we can manage. We dearly love living in this young forest. Wild berries and wildflowers surprise and intrigue us with the changes of every season. We follow news on PBS and local outlets; and watch Apple TV and reruns of Poldark. Favorite dining-out spots are local Indian and Mexican restaurants as well as The Dream Away Lodge (look it up on the internet) and the diner a mile away that scrambles fresh eggs and home made home fries for breakfast (Website hidden by Airbnb) We read authors as diverse as Elaine Pagels and Janet Evanovich. Our car is 16+ years old. We listen to music from the 18th century to the 21st; remember when the "golden oldies" were "top 40 hits" and appreciate skilled blue-grass pickers as much as wonderful cool jazz musicians, and Bach (Website hidden by Airbnb) We take pride in honoring your privacy and are deeply grateful for, and consistently pleasantly surprised by, the tender care our premises get from our paying guests.
