Hello, My name is Ginger Gagne. I've lived in Athens for about 30 years and owned this home for about 4 years. I've recently renovated the mother-in-law suite to an AirBnB rental with private entrance, separated from main house. The very large studio has a comfortable double bed, oversized chair, high top table, Roku TV, as well as a small kitchenette area with new microwave and refrigerator. We provide breakfast items and local coffee roasters (Dirty Girl) coffee and specialty teas. The bathroom consists of a modern shower and updated washer and dryer set. We aim for comfort above all else, so we've added a small electric simulated wood stove and extra super soft blankets for cozy nights during winter stays. Gas heat and air conditioning, lots of lighting feels like a home away from home. Owner lives onsite for safety and additional needs.
