Heidi & Randy's B&B is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with easy proximity (3 mins) to Belleayre ski centre, and the surrounding area. The house is cosy, warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back in the Spring to go hiking. Thank you both!

Loved this B&B! Beautiful clean room, cozy common areas with so much charm, delicious breakfast each morning, and the hosts were very helpful with local recs. Also, less than 5 minute drive to Belleayre Ski Center. Thank you Heidi and Randy, hope to be back again!

I have stayed in a few different places in this area and I loved The Arts inn and would highly recommend to anyone! The owners were super friendly, always around for questions, and prepared such a well thought out breakfast in the morning and welcome sign for me in the room. One of the things I generally dislike about b&b’s is they are old and can be dusty and outdated. However the Arts Inn is impeccable. Super clean. The bathrooms I can tell have been remodeled and are new and clean. The linens and bed were super comfy. And the fact that they have artist events at their place makes this B&B unique. I also loved the location. Central to the downtown Fleischmanns which is peaceful and quiet yet has a few coffee shops and restaurants near by to walk to as well. Will definitely stay again!
