I’ve felt at home in Maryam’s apartment 5 minutes after entering in it and I’ve spent 2 months without an issue. Maryam is an amazing host, always super responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment is a 1-2 minutes walk from the nearest Safeway (supermarket). In front of it there is a cute park and it is walking distance from the nearest BART station (Embarcadero). If I’m going back to SF, this is the apartment that I will try to book first!

Maryam's place was just as described, clean and comfortable with magnificent views. It's the perfect location to get to anywhere in the Bay Area. You have all forms of public transportation at your door. I highly recommend! It's clean, beautiful and the host is very responsive to any questions you might have. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. It's the financial district, you have to pay attention walking at night. The building is very well lit at night, but if you're walking back from a night out from the BART etc, don't walk in the parks at night. Walk on the streets. The parks during the day are a delight with the famous green parrots squaking away. Staying here is an exceptional location to explore the Bay!

Maryam is good host Studio is spacious and clean. Location is good: very close to the bay, quite safe, 2min walking distance to safeway and starkbucks. The only 2 issues were: there was no back up power in this building. We had an outage in the area, and the building surprisingly have no back up power and hence the buliding is out of power for almost 2 days until some back up power was there (though still some plugs don't have electricity) and then out of power for another 1 hour until the outage is resolved. I have to live in hotel (Maryam kindly refunded me but still not enough to cover the hotel cost given the location) Second issue was frequent water suspension - once every 3-4 weeks ( i exeprienced 2-3 water suspension during my 2 months stay) - usually happened at 9pm - 5am, so no water after 9pm is bit disturbing If you are insensitive to these unexpected situation (or your stay is short) - Maryam is awesome host and the apartment is very decent and good value

Good place to stay, close to the financial district and most iconic points. Amazing views from the balcony and very quiet building. Maryam is very nice and easy to deal with. I spend here a month and was perfect.
