NEW! One half acre retreat in walking distance of Lake Hawkins. Main house is one bedroom, one bath with stocked kitchen/dining area. Living room has a sleeper sofa. The guest house offers a full bed, full bath, coffee bar, toaster, microwave, small frig and a covered porch. A third building houses the washer/dryer and two twin beds (no bath). Large yard and game area with fire pit. Dogs on case by case basis (pre-approval and no shedding)with an additional $50 cleaning fee. No cats. Hawkins Retreat is a unique property. The main house sleeps four with a queen bed and a sofa bed. There is also a full kitchen and bath. In addition to the main house is a guest house that has a full bath, microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is a separate building that houses the washer and dryer and a trundle bed that can sleep two on twin beds. (FYI..no bathroom is in the laundry house if someone is sleeping there). There is plenty of room to play outside for the kiddos and a large, really cool fire pit area toward the back of the property. We love time at the Hawkins Retreat. It is very peaceful and a short drive to launch your boat, jet skis, etc. Lake Hawkins RV park is a great place to visit especially with kiddos in warm weather. It has an amazing beach and picnic area. You can pull up directly to the beach in your boat and dock while you picnic and play on the beach. A great place to “launch” kayaks, etc. There is a day use charge if you aren’t camping there.
