The location is amazing, right infront of the water. Cottage is very rustic but spacious. It was not the cleanist compared to our experiences with previous cottages we have stayed. We are always concerned about cleanliness as we have small children. Unfortunately, there were some issues with wasps inside the cottage, which I am sure must be rare incident. We had to deal with them the 1st evening. Next morning Lyn took care of them as soon as informed. Lyn is very kind, helpful and prompt in responding to any questions, issues. She helped us with providing high chairs as well. There were paddle and motor boats available for usage along with life jackets. Lyn was continuously helping with all those. The kitchen appliances were in good working condition. There were kitchen paper towels and toilet tissues provided. Although the cottage heater was working well, i would recommend getting some warm socks and sweaters/shrugs for indoor comfortness. We carried our own blankets as suggested by Lyn and It was really needed.
