I couldn't speak more highly of Raphael and his villa. When we arrived, Raphael and his wife and boy were there to greet us and make sure everything was okay, even though it was getting late in the night. The villa was spotless, and you can tell that Raphael takes pride in it. The decor and furniture is modern, the beds are very comfortable, and it was the perfect home from home. The photos really don't do the place justice. The location of the villa is perfect, with a gorgeous, uninterrupted sea view, looking over the island of Fuerteventura. The area is very quiet, we weren't disturbed by noise at all during our stay. There is a small supermarket and a row of small bars and restaurants just a five minute walk away. Overall, we couldn't have asked for any more. Raphael is a great host, visiting twice a week to clean the pool and garden, and to check that everything is going well. The villa is everything we needed, and I would highly recommend it for your stay in Playa Blanca.

Rafaels place is gorgeous. Really good value. So clean and comfortable and great ocean views. Pool was great and our two teenagers loved it. It’s about a 5 to 10 minute drive to the town centre but we did the beautiful coastal walk in a lot which takes about 50 minutes. Lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. We would get the 30 bus or a taxi back. So the distance wasn’t an issue at all. There are also some restaurants close to the villa and the Italian one has decent enough food. Kitchen was really well equipped and there was a barbecue too as well as a darts machine which got a bit of use by us. Could not say a bad word about the place!

Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie. Der dazugehörige Spielplatz mit Rutschbahn und Schaukel ist ein grosses Plus. Der Pool ist gepflegt und wird zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt. Rafael ist sehr schnell erreichbar und reagiert umgehend bei Wünschen. Er ist ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber.

wow, just wow. Raphael's villa is absolutely beautiful, so peaceful with stunning views. Everything was catered for in the kitchen, especially and throughout, although my hubby and I prefer to eat out. it's spacious and spotlessly clean, and if there are any issues, Raphael is on hand. all in all, a perfect villa in a perfect location. would not hesitate to book this again and probably will. fabulous...

nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans la Villa Calma de Rafael. Tout a été absolument parfait. La prestation proposée par Rafael est une leçon pour bon nombre de propriétaires. La maison est dans un état impeccable, superbement équipée (accessoires cuisine complets, climatisation excellente, literie impeccable). Rafael attache beaucoup d importance au bien être de ses locataires et est d une grande disponibilité. La localisation est idéale, proche des commerces et au calme, avec un chiringuito en bord de plage excellent et un accès plage à pied rapide. La vue sur Fuerteventura est magnifique.
