You'll be staying in your own fully furnished 1 BR 1 bath apartment including free WiFi, a Smart TV, and beautiful finishes, while coming fully outfitted with kitchen, bedroom, & bathroom essentials. The apartment is set up just for guests so it can truly feel like your home during your stay with plenty of space to set up your laptop or stretch out on the couch. Small attached covered patio & private backyard space are yours to enjoy, while also having a fenced in space for your fur babies to join you! ***NO SMOKING ON PATIO***or near doors & windows** please keep distance from the house and other guest areas *PLEASE MAKE US AWARE IF YOU INTEND TO BRING A PET!!! This building is a triplex so please be considerate of others before making the decision to bring a pet. Excessive barking when your away isn’t good for your pet or the other guests. If you are booking or have booked already, it means you have read & agree to the information provided. *Although Airbnb has provided a "drop-down box" regarding pets, it's not a one size fits all. As agreed in the booking process, guests will be charged $100 for their pet. *******Additional fees will vary according to length of stay (exceeding 7 nights), 2nd dog up to $20 a night, dogs age, size & breed and be collected upon given information at time of booking.
