This place is an absolute find. Is so peaceful and tranquil, just what we were looking for in a quiet weekend away. Very easy to get to but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, with access to nature at its finest, waking up to the highland cows, listening to the geese during the day and night time settling in with the bats swirling around overhead. Getting out on the water in the kayaks was a great added touch and sitting outside under the stars relaxing with the firepit at night and outdoor bath topped it off. Great place to unwind and recharge. Its somewhere you would definitely want to return to.

Beautiful beautiful stay - this place exceeded expectations. We didn’t venture far at all choosing to spend our days on the loch kayaking, fishing and watching all the birds and wildlife- bubble bath and bbq each night topped our perfect days - we will be back for sure. Practical notes, there is tea coffee sugar oil salt and pepper - towels, tea towels washing up equipment, shampoo and conditioner. Kate is a fantastic host 5 star stay ⭐️

Had a fab few nights at the hut. Kate looked after us very well and was on hand if needed but the space was very private. The loch was beautiful and we had some great swims and outdoor baths. There was wildlife everywhere from dawn until dusk. We loved watching the swallows and bats and managed to catch a glimpse of the otter too. Hopefully we can sort a return visit at some point in the future.
