Quaint barn/cottage renovation in the heart of North Walsham. Nice cafes and pubs on your doorstep and the beautiful North Norfolk Coast within a few miles drive. Comfy beds, great cozy open plan kitchen living space and a bonus cute courtyard garden. Fran gave us an informative information for the local area and checkin details. Would definitely stay again!

Cosy home from home in a brilliant location. We found everything we needed and Frances and Paul were really helpful. Parking situation not super convenient with children and pets but as described and not difficult to find the car park. We really enjoyed nipping out to the bakery, local shops, Shambles cafe and the little pub opposite (which does takeaway!). North Walsham is a fantastic base for exploring North Norfolk.

Frances was very helpful sending us a lot of information before we got there. The self check in was a breeze and we were soon settled in. Well equipped kitchen and lots of games for the kids to play, bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. The movement sensing night lights that are dotted around are a good idea especially if you have kids who get up in the night. The location is very close to town but in its own alleyway. There's a nice outdoor space too but we didn't get to use it as it was December but we hope to visit again in summer
